Expenses claim process

If you spend money on things for the Meeting, e.g. refreshments, please claim this back.

  • Take a picture of the receipt.
  • Let the clerk know the amount you are claiming back and the reason. This is so we can record a minute at Meeting for Business to show the claim is authorised.
  • The claim can still be authorised if you are not present at the Meeting for Business. You should receive a copy of the minutes provided you are on the email list or in the WhatsApp group.
  • Download and fill in this form, including the minute reference.
  • Email the form and receipt(s) to BookkeeperNetaqm@gmail.com - currently this is Helen Carmichael.

Financial contributions

Attending Quaker Meeting is always free, including refreshments. Regular attenders and members are encouraged to consider making a financial contribution if possible, but this is never required.

If you would like to contribute financially you can download this form, print it and fill it in, and hand it to a pastoral care Friend at Meeting.
